Going on with the review, the tutorial loaded well and the controls is easy to learn, but will take some time to master, I'll explain later. Since even HW veterans are advised to take a crash course in learning the controls, I figure I'd better take a course too, as my famous saying goes "Never play in an empty stomach".no wait, it's "Never play if you don't know the controls". Within 5 seconds, I was greeted by the menu. This could be attributed to my lack of RAM. The opening movies (take note: these is no long cinematic when you forst launch the game) are somewhat a slideshow but easily skipped with the esc button. ![]() Install took a little over 10 minutes and the game launched successfully without any crashes, BSOD or hardware incompatibilities with my AMD K-6 and Creative Savage 4. Anyway, I was lucky enough that the unofficial sequel is able to run smoothly without trouble. Don't blame me because the disc won't stop spinning. ![]() Rig: 450 AMD K6-2, 32 RAM, 12x CD-Rom, 32MB Savage 4įirst and foremost, I would like to inform the masses that I've never played Homeworld.
